There are many ways to get involved on campus. We encourage you to review the list of recruiting programs and let us know if you are interested in participating. Information on the two options for posting job listings follows:
1) For the most timely entry, we encourage employers to input notices of job opportunities directly into our Career Services Manager (CSM) powered by Symplicity at https://law-nyu-csm.symplicity.com/employers. All jobs entered by employers are vetted by a member of our staff. You will receive a confirmation when your listing has been activated.
2) Job listings may be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. (Please indicate clearly if you submit any information that is not for publication, but is meant solely for the use of the Office of Career Services.)

If you have the full Adobe Acrobat, you can access the PDF version here.
With either of the above systems, you can input your job data directly onto the form, save it to your computer, and email it as an attachment to email@example.com.
Please do not scan the form to a pdf file or convert it in any way that will prohibit our staff members from cutting and pasting the information into our database.
Job listings should consist of: a brief description of the position, including the minimum number of years of experience required and any other job-specific requirements (e.g., bar membership, foreign language skills, etc.); application requirements (e.g., a writing sample or transcript); contact information; and preferred method of application. You may wish to include further information, such as a brief description of your organization, or compensation levels for the position. Please note: 1) to ensure that listings are in compliance with the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), we do not post maximum caps on the number of years of experience required for a position, and 2) in order to remain in compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), we do not post unpaid or volunteer positions with private sector employers.
