Lindsay Kendrick currently serves as the Dean of Students and the Assistant Dean for Diversity and Inclusion at NYU School of Law. Prior to joining NYU Law, she served as the diversity and inclusion manager at Ropes & Gray and as the East Coast diversity manager at Sidley Austin. She also practiced for five years as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell. Kendrick holds a BA in Psychology from Georgetown University; a JD from Howard University, where she served as the managing editor of the Howard Law Journal; and an MS in Organizational Change Management from the New School’s Milano School for Management and Urban Policy.

Nancy Mah Chau currently serves as Director of Student Life at NYU School of Law. Prior to joining the Student Affairs team, she served as Director of Residential Life and Housing Services at the SOL. Nancy's primary responsibilities include counseling students on personal and academic matters, serving as a resource for resolving student concerns, supporting student wellness needs and creating and implementing community building events through the Community Advisor program. Nancy graduated from Binghamton University with both a B.A. in Sociology as well as a Master of Applied Social Science with a concentration in Human Services. She also holds a certificate in Human Resource Management from NYU. As a native New Yorker, she looks forward to chatting about this great city. Katie currently serves as the Director of Student Affairs at NYU School of Law. In this role, she supports the Law School's 90+ student groups, oversees OSA's student-facing programming, and serves as a resources from who individual law students may seek counsel on personal and academic matters. Prior to joining NYU Law in November of 2023, she served as the Deputy Title IX Coordinator and Discrimination and Harrassment Resource Coordinator for Yale College. Katie holds a dual B.A./B.S. in Psychology and Business Administration, an M.Ed. in Student Personnel in Higher Education, and a J.D. with a certificate in Social Justice Advocacy.

Savannah Lynn [she/her or they/them] serves as the Assistant Director of Diversity & Inclusion and the Program Coordinator for the AnBryce Scholars Program. Prior to joining NYU Law, she worked at Duke University's Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity creating and implementing education programs about LGBTQ issues, and worked as a taekwondo instructor. Lynn received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Gender, Sexuality, and Feminist Studies and a minor in Education from Duke University, and an MA in Psychology from NYU's Graduate School of Arts and Science. Her primary responsibilities include working with providing logistical support to the Diversity and Inclusion team, providing research and creating resource guides for NYU community members, working with student groups on event accessibility and issues of diversity and inclusion, and providing general support and counsel to NYU Law students, in addition to coordinating the AnBryce Scholarship Program.

Brandon Newell currently serves as the Assistant Director of Student Affairs at NYU School of Law. Brandon's primary responsibilities include supporting the law school's intellectual life through aiding the student journals, coordinating the Prominence Fund, serving on the Intellectual Life Fund Committee, and coordinating the tutoring program. Prior to joining NYU Law, Brandon served as a senior law clerk at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and worked in various student affairs departments at universities, including Florida State University and the University of Georgia. Brandon holds a B.M. in Music Education from Long Island University: Post Campus, a M.Ed. in College Student Affairs Administration from the University of Georgia, and a J.D. from the University of Miami. Brandon welcomes any opportunity to talk sports and his home state of New York.

Larissa McDowell serves as the Assistant to the Dean of Students for NYU School of Law. Her responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for OSA communications, processing leave of absence and other accomodation request, coordinating the Convocation awards process, and providing support for the Dean of Students. Larissa received a Bachelors of Music in Voice Performance from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and a Masters of Music in Voice Performance, Musical Theater Concentration from NYU Steinhardt. Before joining School of Law OSA, Larissa was the Clinical Placement Assistant in the Office of Academic Clinical Affairs at the Rory Meyers College of Nursing.
