2009 Dedication - Patricia Wald

Patricia Wald is a former Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and has served as a judge on the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. She chairs the board of directors of the Open Justice Society Initiative and is a member of the global council of the California International Law Center at the University of California, Davis School of Law as well as the board of directors of Mental Disability Rights International.
