When to Apply
LL.M. and E-LL.M. Applicants with Foreign Education Credentials Programs in New York City, Singapore and online:
- December 15, 2011
All prospective students who received their first law degree outside of the United States, whether interested in full-time or part-time study, must apply and submit all required materials by December 15 to begin studies in the Fall 2012 semester in New York, or in May 2012 in Singapore.
LL.M., E-LL.M. and A.P.C. in Taxation Applicants with Domestic Education Credentials (including Puerto Rico):
- Full-time program in Singapore: December 15, 2011

Full-time programs in New York City:
- LL.M. in Legal Theory: February 1, 2012
- LL.M. in Taxation: February 1, 2012 (preferred for scholarship consideration); April 2, 2012 (final deadline)
- All other programs: April 2, 2012 -
Part-time programs in New York City:
- Spring 2012 entry: November 1, 2011
- Fall 2012 entry: June 1, 2012
All J.S.D. Applicants
- Full-time program in New York City: February 1, 2012
