Biography: Junhao Chen joined the JSD program in 2023. He received an LLM in Legal Theory from New York University School of Law where he was Dean’s Scholar, research assistant to Prof. Katherine Strandburg and Academic Chair of Antitrust and Competition Law Society. He completed JD with Honors from George Washington University Law School where he was research assistant to Prof. Robert Brauneis and Prof. Bill Kovacic. He graduated from New York University with an accelerated B.A./M.A. He also pursued doctoral studies at University of Freiburg, University of Chicago and University of Tuebingen.
Research: Junhao's research focuses on administrative law, antitrust, Chinese law, intellectual property and legal theory. His work has been published in the Public Contract Law Journal.
