The conference will mark the 25th anniversary of the Hauser Global Law School Program and will bring together current and former faculty, scholars, fellows and alumni to examine the theme of The International Order Under Challenge.

The Hon. Michael Kirby AC CMG, Co-chair of the Human Rights Institute of the International Bar Association and former Justice of the High Court of Australia, will be the keynote speaker at the program’s opening dinner, in conversation with Dr. David M. Malone, UN Under-Secretary-General and Rector of the United Nations University. The keynote conversation is entitled “Universal Human Rights: Defending Multilateralism.”

Remarks and comments will be given by Trevor W. Morrison, Dean and Eric M. and Laurie B. Roth Professor of Law and John Sexton, President Emeritus, New York University; Dean Emeritus; and Benjamin F. Butler Professor of Law.
