Dual Degrees
There are several New York City based dual degree programs in the Law School's Graduate Division:
J.D.-LL.M in Taxation
The Law School makes available to J.D. students from both NYU School of Law and other accredited American law schools the opportunity to obtain the J.D. and LL.M. degrees in a total of seven semesters of full-time study. The J.D.-LL.M. in Taxation takes only seven semesters to complete (instead of eight).
J.D.-LL.M. in International Law Program
The four-year J.D.-LL.M. is a unique and innovative program designed for current NYU J.D. students seeking specialist academic expertise in international law.
LL.B./LL.M. Program with NUS
NYU School of Law welcomes applications for the NYU-NUS LL.B./LL.M. Dual Degree Program from current undergraduate and graduate LL.B. students at the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore. Undergraduate LL.B. students earn both degrees in four years of study, and graduate LL.B. students earn them in seven semesters of study.
J.D./LL.M. Program with Melbourne Law School
NYU School of Law welcomes applications for the Melbourne-NYU Dual J.D. / LL.M. Program from current J.D. students at Melbourne Law School, The University of Melbourne. Students in this program earn their J.D. degree from Melbourne and their LL.M. from NYU School of Law in a total of three-and-a-half years (seven academic semesters) of full-time study.
