Clayton P. Gillette, Max E. Greenberg Professor of Contract Law, has co-authored an amicus curiae brief in the US Supreme Court with David A. Skeel Jr. of the University of Pennsylvania Law School in support of Puerto Rico’s claim that the Commonwealth’s Recovery Act allows it to restructure the debts of its municipalities.
