The NYU School of Professional Studies has named Arthur R. Miller—one of the nation’s most distinguished legal scholars in the areas of civil procedure, copyright and unfair competition, and privacy, and a renowned commentator on the law and society—as the new associate dean and director of the School’s Tisch Institute for Sports Management, Media, and Business.
