Capping a nine-year effort, on May 22, the American Law Institute (ALI) at its annual meeting approved by voice vote the final three chapters of theRestatement Third of Employment Law.
Samuel Estreicher, Dwight D. Opperman Professor of Law and director of NYU Law's Center for Labor and Employment Law, serves as the chief reporter of the Restatement Third of Employment Law. The complete restatement will be submitted for final approval and publication at the ALI's May 2014 meeting.
