The Green Bag honors Arthur Miller for exemplary legal writing

The Green Bag, a quarterly journal of legal scholarship, has recognized University Professor Arthur Miller as an exemplar of good legal writing for 2012. The journal compiles a list of such writing each year, in categories that include opinions for the court, books, short articles, long articles, and news and editorial. Miller, who was named in the long articles category, was honored for his article "McIntyre in Context: A Very Personal Perspective," which first appeared in the South Carolina Law Review.

The writings of this year’s honorees will be compiled in the Green Bag's 2013 Almanac & Reader.  Read the full list of honorees here.
