China's government-sponsored newspaper interviews Kevin Davis on corruption

Kevin Davis, Beller Family Professor of Business Law, an expert in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and law and economic development, gave a video interview to People's Daily Online about corruption in developing countries. He discussed the line between corruption and cultural gift-giving norms, and the relationship between corruption and underdeveloped nations.

The People's Daily is an organ of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and has a worldwide circulation of more than three million.
