Waldman and Johnson offer insights on Obama administration at BLAPA event (VIDEO)

Michael Waldman and James Johnson, the executive director and board chair of the Brennan Center for Justice respectively, explored the potential for social change offered by the Obama administration at a January 28 event co-hosted by the Black, Latino, Asian Pacific American Law Alumni Association (BLAPA) and the Council of Urban Professionals. The event, titled "Opportunities for Democracy and Social Justice in the New Administration," explored the explosion of public participation in the 2008 presidential election and outlined the Brennan Center's agenda for furthering its dual aims of democracy and justice in the coming years.
