The Green Bag honors Richard Pildes for exemplary legal writing

The Green Bag, a quarterly journal of legal scholarship, has recognized Richard Pildes, Sudler Family Professor of Constitutional Law, as an exemplar of good legal writing for 2011. The journal compiles an annual list of exemplary legal writing, in categories including opinions for the court, books, short articles, long articles, and news and editorial. The writings of this year’s honorees will be compiled in the Green Bag's 2012 Almanac & Reader.  Pildes, who was named in the long articles category, was honored for his article “Is the Supreme Court a ‘Majoritarian’ Institution?” which first appeared in the Supreme Court Review.
