On July 19, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve named Herbert Kelleher ’56 chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas for 2011. Kelleher, founder and now chairman emeritus of Southwest Airlines Company, has been a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas board of directors since 2007 and deputy chairman since 2009.
