Journal of Legislation and Public Policy appears in New York Times

The NYU Journal of Legislation and Public Policy appeared in a February 14 New York Times piece about rampant errors in U.S. voter registration rolls. The Times cited “Measuring Election System Performance,” a 2010 article from the journal, as reinforcing the findings of a newly released report by the Pew Center on the States.

The Journal of Legislation and Public Policy, along with the NYU Journal of Law & Liberty, will co-host a symposium, “No Strings Attached: U.S. Internet Governance in an Increasingly Global World,” on February 24. Topics will include legislating and regulating Internet infrastructure, controlling online content, and oversight of content providers, with Professor Florencia Marotta-Wurgler ’01, Professor Katherine Strandburg, and Adjunct Professor Ira Rubinstein acting as moderators.
