Ryan Goodman admitted to Council on Foreign Relations

Ryan GoodmanRyan Goodman, Anne and Joel Ehrenkranz Professor of Law and co-chair of the Center for Human Rights and Global Justice, has been admitted as a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a nonpartisan think tank that analyzes policy choices facing the U.S. and other countries. Goodman, also an associated member of NYU's Department of Sociology and an affiliated member of the Department of Politics, is an expert on international human rights, international humanitarian law, international relations, and public international law.

Among other NYU School of Law faculty members previously admitted to the Council on Foreign Relations are José Alvarez, Jerome CohenNorman Dorsen, Eleanor Fox, Stephen Holmes, Andreas Lowenfeld, Theodor Meron, Samuel Rascoff, Richard Revesz, Cristina Rodríguez, and John Sexton. Karen Greenberg, executive director of the Center on Law and Security, is also a member.
