Rochelle C. Dreyfuss, Pauline Newman Professor of Law, is a coreporter on the recently released American Law Institute project "Intellectual Property: Principles Governing Jurisdiction, Choice of Law, and Judgments in Transnational Disputes," concerning transnational protection of intellectual property rights. In the past year, Dreyfuss has spoken on the project to audiences in the U.S., Australia, England and Germany.
