WHO: Addressing the graduates will be Dr. Zalmay Khalilzad, former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations (2007-09) and former U.S. Ambassador to Iraq (2005-07) and U.S. Ambassador to Afghanistan (2003-05); Dr. Khalilizad is currently a counselor at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and president of Khalilzad Associates
