On March 22, the Center for Law and Security hosted “Obama and the 9/11 Trials: A Conversation on Security, Justice, and Realism.” Moderated by CLS Executive Director Karen Greenberg, the panel discussion featured Colonel Morris Davis, a retired United States Air Force lawyer and former chief prosecutor of the military commissions at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba; Joshua Dratel, a CLS fellow and attorney who practices criminal and defense law; and Anthony Romero, who is the executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union.
