The New York University Journal of Law & Liberty is pleased to announce the Fifth Annual Friedrich A. von Hayek Lecture. This year's lecturer is Judge Stephen F. Williams of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. The lecture, entitled Transitions into--and out of--Liberal Democracy, will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. in Vanderbilt Hall, Greenberg Lounge. A reception will immediately follow the lecture.
