Billing & Payment
Students are billed on a semester basis and will be billed by the NYU Bursar's Office. Please see the Billing & Payments section of our Web site for further information.
Note: Monthly rates are approximate and are provided solely for comparison to off-campus market rents. Students are billed on a semester basis. When computing the comparable monthly rates one semester is equal to approximately 4.5 months. Actual semester lengths vary.
