The Role and Life of a Prosecutor

A panel of current and former prosecutors will meet with NYU Law students over lunch to discuss what it means to be a prosecutor.  They will cover difficult prosecutorial decisions, how prosecutors differ from other lawyers, the measure of success for a prosecutor, and what comes afterwards.

Current and former senior officials in U.S. regulatory agencies will sit down with NYU Law students over lunch.  Students will learn the inside story of how regulatory decisions are made, the balancing of multi-party interests, and limitations on regulatory actions.  Students will be able to ask the pros and cons of civil service careers vs. short term government appointments.
