The Supreme Court's New Term (and New Justice)

October signalled a new Term for the Supreme Court, which also welcomes a new Justice, Justice Sonia Sotomayor. There is also a full slate of cases, including the intersection of criminal law, the First Amendment, and animal rights and the constitutionality of life without parole for juveniles. As part of the Law School's "Forum" series, a panel of experts including Faculty Director Rachel E. Barkow discusses the new Court and its Term.
