Mass Incarceration

The March 10, 2010 installment of the NYU Law Forum tackled the question of whether the United States incarcerates too many people.  The panel featured panelists Professor Rachel Barkow, faculty director of the Center; David B. Muhlhausen, a senior policy analyst at the Heritage Foundation’s Center for Data Analysis; and Professor Bryan Stevenson, executive director of the Equal Justice Initiative, and was moderated by Vice Dean Barry Friedman.
