On February 6, 2019, the NYU School of Law Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement (PCCE) was pleased to announce that Maria Vullo ’87, former superintendent of the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS), has joined PCCE as a senior fellow.

On January  24, 2019, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy signed an executive order creating a Task Force on EDA's Tax Incentives. This Task Force will be assisted by Pablo Quiñones, founder of Quiñones Law PLLC and Senior Fellow and former Executive Director of the NYU School of Law Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement.

On November 29, 2018, New York Attorney General-Elect Letitia James named Pablo Quiñones to serve on her transition committee with a select group of prominent lawyers, including former US Attorneys, federal and state judges, and experienced litigators. Quiñones is the founder of Quiñones Law PLLC and Senior Fellow and former Executive Director of the NYU School of Law Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement.  In the New York Law Journal report about the transition committee, Attorney General-Elect James highlighted both the expertise and diverse talent of her transition team: “It is an honor to have such a diverse and deeply talented Transition Committee helping to guide the priorities of this office,” James said. “As experts in a wide array of relevant fields and hailing from every corner of the Empire State, New Yorkers from all walks of life should be confident that their interests and rights will be well represented.”
