The ITS Helpdesk at NYU School of Law is designed to assist faculty, administrators, and staff with the most effective way to help troubleshoot and resolve computer related hardware and software problems.
Helpdesk will try to answer any of your technology-related issues or direct them to the appropriate group within ITS when necessary. Feel free to check related links (left) for associated technology groups if you know whose assistance you need.
We accept phone calls, emails, and walk-ins. You can additionally create your own troubleshooting ticket (check the sidebar for link). If you have questions about using our ticketing system, click here.
