Convocation Attire
ORDERING ATTIRE
Candidate orders must be received on-line by Monday, April 8th. Order online at: www.herffjones.com/college/nyu.
ATTIRE DISTRIBUTION
By placing your order on the Herff Jones website by Monday, April 8th, you will be eligible to pick up your attire in Golding Lounge East during the following dates and times:
Monday, May 6th through Friday, May 10th
8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
THIRD PARTY ATTIRE PICK-UP
If the degree candidate lives out of state or cannot pick up academic attire at the times allotted, a third party may pick up the academic attire providing the following documentation is presented:
- Photocopy of graduating candidate's ID
- A signed letter from the degree candidate authorizing attire pick-up
- A copy of the online order confirmation
Please understand that the rental firm might have to make substitutions to fill late orders.
LATE ORDERS
If you miss the April 8th deadline, you must place and pick up a late order starting TBD, during regular distribution hours. Go to the Barrie Dance Studio, on the first floor of Coles, when a representative of Herff Jones, Inc. will be available to take and fill your late order in one transaction. All late orders must be paid by cash, certified check, money order, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). The latter will speed up your transaction.

ATTIRE FOR CONVOCATION & COMMENCEMENT
If you plan to attend both ceremonies--University Commencement and Law School Convocation--please be sure to hold onto your academic attire at the conclusion of the University Commencement ceremony. This is the same attire you will wear to the Convocation ceremony.
ATTIRE RETURNS
Representatives from Herff Jones will be on site at the Beacon Theatre to collect your academic attire at the conclusion of the Convocation ceremony. After that all returns must be sent to:
