Please join us for our talk with Prof. Gary Bell on problems in arbitration in China, India and Indonesia, and in particular on the enforcement of arbitration awards! Prof. Bell is an Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore. He teaches comparative law and his research focuses on Indonesian law and the CISG. Professor Bell is the Scholar-in-Residence at NYU Law's Center for Transnational Litigation, Arbitration, and Commercial Law for November 2015.
