External Billing Policy

If you are an external group, law firm or student, NYU Law Office of Conferencing and Specials Events and CulinArt will require full pre-payment of your event prior to or on the day of your event.  Payment can be made by check or credit card only.

Please note: A waiter fee or delivery charge is required for functions that contain food and/or beverage. The waiter fee is $27.00 per hour/per waiter with a 4.5 hour minimum per waiter.  The number of waiters varies according to the food and beverage requested.

There will be a 45% surcharge for waitstaff on weekends.
