Additionally, the Law School offers several joint degree programs to students with a public interest focus:
- J.D./M.B.A. (master of business administration) with NYU's Leonard N. Stern School of Business
- J.D./M.P.A., J.D./M.P.P., or J.D./Ph.D. (master of public administration or public policy) with NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service
- J.D./M.U.P. (master of urban planning) with NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service
- J.D./M.P.A. (master of public affairs) with the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University
- J.D./M.S.W. (master of social work) with NYU's Shirley M. Ehrenkranz School of Social Work
- J.D./M.P.A. (master of public administration) with the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University
- J.D./M.A. or Ph.D. in economics, history, philosophy, politics, or sociology at NYU's Graduate School of Arts and Science
