PILC's Leaders in Public Interest Series presents: ?Scholarship in the Public Interest? (VIDEO)

On March 23, PILC's Leaders in Public Interest Series presented: “Scholarship in the Public Interest.” Professors Randy Hertz and Lily Batchelder and Myrna Pérez from the Brennan Center for Justice discussed the various forms scholarship in the public interest may take. The speakers suggested that students looking for topics for papers, law review notes, or policy reports find issues that are the subject of litigation and write about them or perhaps find issues not yet in the courts that present interesting problems.
