On May 9. the Congressional-Executive Committee on China held a roundtable discussion on "The End of Reeducation Through Labor? Recent Developments and Prospects for Reform." U.S.-Asia Law Institute Executive Director Ira Belkin '82 joined the discussion alongside Seton Hall Law Professor Margaret Lewis '03, Scholar Li Xiaorong, and Laogai Research Foundation Executive Director Harry Wu.
