The National Center on Philanthropy and the Law

The National Center on Philanthropy and the Law (NCPL) is the first such program in the United States to be based at a law school. The Program studies legal issues that affect the nation's nonprofit sector, comprising organizations which together have disbursements of more than $300 billion annually. The NCPL sponsors research, conducts conferences and symposia, sponsors two fellowships in nonprofit law funded by the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and the NCPL, and maintains a comprehensive library collection.
