Student Health Insurance

The standard and quality of Singapore's medical and healthcare services is high, and Singapore has acquired a reputation for clinical excellence. However, hospitalization and surgical costs for non-citizens can be very expensive. Therefore, while enrolled in the NYU@NUS Programme, it is important that you have insurance for major accident, hospitalization and surgery.

It is compulsory for all full-time graduate students to subscribe to the NUS Student Insurance Scheme.

The premium for summer term (May to July period) will be a pro-rated amount. You will also be billed the full amount at the start of each NUS semester (ie Semester 1 and Semester 2).
