Ms. Elena Rose
Elena Rose graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honors and a Bachelor of Arts with Majors in International Relations and French from the Australian National University in July 2005. She also holds an International Program Diploma from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Sciences Po Paris). While studying for her undergraduate degree, Elena worked part-time with the Crawford School of Economics and Government at the ANU, participated in the 2004 Australasian Debating Championships and took part in the 3rd Australia-Indonesia Young Leaders' Dialogue in Indonesia. Upon graduating, Elena moved to Washington D.C. to work with the Global Development Learning Network at the World Bank Institute.
A member of the inaugural NYU@NUS class, Elena is currently studying in Singapore to complete a dual Masters in Law at New York University (concentration in Justice and Human Rights) and at the National University of Singapore (concentration in International Comparative Law). She hopes to begin taking Mandarin classes shortly, and to complete her NUS LL.M. in Shanghai at the East China University of Politics and Law.
