The Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation is the nation's largest foundation whose principal mission is to advance understanding of and interest in entrepreneurship and innovation. The Foundation has launched a major research and curriculum-related initiative to encourage legal scholars to pursue research, writing, and course development in the areas of law, innovation, and economic growth. The Kauffman Legal Research Fellowship Grant was awarded to the NYU School of Law as part of the Legal Fellowship Program.
