Ordering Casebooks
The Moot Court Casebook is only available to law schools and their moot court boards, not to students. Casebook Volume 36, will be published in December 2012, is $90. This price includes the book and the CD-ROM.
Casebook Volume 35, published in November 2011, is available for $80 with book and CD-ROM. Limited quantities of editions published prior to 2011 are also available. To process an order, please send a letter on official school letterhead to the Moot Court Board at New York University School of Law. In your letter, indicate which volume is being ordered and include a check for the appropriate amount (do not include tax) made out to New York University. Please print out this form, fill it out and mail it in with the letter and check to:
