Employers must make interview arrangements outside the ISIP venue if they wish to meet with non-participating students on the day of the event.
Which employers participate?
ISIP hosts more than 150 of the leading legal employers from around the world, including law firms, corporations and multi-lateral organizations. For a full list of participating employers from past years please refer to the Employer Brochure.
How are interview schedules created?
ISIP is 100% pre-screened; employers select their candidates after reviewing student resumes. Employers will submit position requirements through the online system. Students will review this information starting October 14th and submit their resumes for consideration. Student resumes become available to employers starting November 7th, and employers must make candidate selections by December 4th. Employers are encouraged to select alternate candidates in order to fill their schedule in the event of a student cancellation. Employers are allotted up to 5 alternates for a full day of interviews and up to 3 for a half day. Final schedules will be announced on January 15, 2014.

How do I register?
New employers must register a new account online. The ISIP Coordinator will approve your account request and give you access to the online ISIP Symplicity System. After your account is approved, you must then submit a request for an interview schedule or resume collection. When you request an interview schedule or resume collection, you will be able to indicate your hiring criteria, including countries of law degree, language skills, and practice areas. Returning employers do not need to re-register but may simply submit an interview schedule or resume collection request through the ISIP Symplicity System.
The deadline for employer registration is September 27, 2013. Instructions for using Symplicity, our online registration and interview scheduling system, are available on the ISIP website. If you experience problems with Symplicity that are not addressed in the instructions prepared by our office, please contact Laura Mowry, the ISIP Coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are the registration fees?
The initial, non-refundable registration interview fee of $350 is due upon registration. Registration fees include set-up, continental breakfast, lunch and attendance at the evening cocktail reception. There is a fee of $200 for each additional interview schedule (this price includes one interviewer). The fee for any additional interviewer(s) is $150 per additional interviewer per existing interview schedule. These fees cover resume collection, interview scheduling and administration, one interview table, and space for one interviewer for each schedule. The registration fee is due upon registration for the program. Invoices for interview schedules will be forwarded once they have been confirmed.
Employers who are not able to interview on campus in January may register for a resume collection of participating students. A resume collection allows employers to receive materials from interested students and arrange for one-on-one interviews independently of the interview program. There is a fee of $200 for employers wishing to participate in a resume collection only (interview schedule fees do not apply). Invoices for resume collections will be forwarded once they have been confirmed.
Payment Methods and Refund Policy
NYU does not accept wire transfers.
All major credit cards are accepted. Credit card payments may be made through the online Symplicity system.
We can also accept payment by check or Money Order (including International Money Order). Checks must be drawn from U.S. banks or foreign banks with a New York office. Foreign banks must send their checks from a U.S. branch in order to be accepted. We will not accept checks that do not have a U.S. routing number at the bottom of the check. Cash payments can only be accepted on the day of the event.
Invoices will be forwarded by email as a PDF attachment every Friday after registration begins by the program coordinator. Invoices will be automatically forwarded to the primary contact registered in the ISIP Symplicity system.
Refunds for cancelled resume collections will only be issued prior to the November 7th resume release date. Refunds for cancelled interview schedules will only be issued prior to the December 4th employer candidate selection deadline. Additional interviewer charges can be refunded after the event if it becomes necessary.
May we request a hospitality suite?
Hospitality suites are not available due to the size of the program and constraints of NYU’s space. There are a number of opportunities to sponsor refreshment tables for participating students. Please contact Laura Mowry, the ISIP Coordinator, at email@example.com for more information about sponsorship.
