We hope that the dialogue at that meeting facilitated reflection about the challenges faced by students who feel alienated from the law school community, and SBA looks forward to pursuing a variety of ways by which to decrease such feelings and address issues of racial inclusion in our student body. To this end, please send us your suggestions or consider running for SBA (see #4). 3. This Thursday at 9pm in Furman Hall’s Wachtell Lounge SBA and the Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Society (IPELS) present Coffeehouse, There will be beer, wine, soda, and snack food served at the event. We apologize that Wachtell will be unavailable for studying beginning at 8pm, for setup. Special thanks to Stephanie Brannen for helping organize this event. Anyone who hasn’t signed up is still welcome to drop by and perform. 4. SBA Election petitions are available on the SBA Bulletin Board in VH110. If you’d like to contribute your time, energy, and perspective to NYU Law’s Student Government, submit a petition to Election Coordinator Laurel White by THIS Friday, March 24th. Please note that Law Revue will be using the back part of VH110, beyond the mailbox rooms, as a dressing room the following dates: This Wed and Thurs from 6 PM onward; This Sat and Sun, starting around noon; Next Monday, starting around 6 PM; Then, the run of the show, Wednesday through Saturday, March 29-April 1, starting each evening at 6 PM. 7.
