Applicants with a Confirmed Assignment
Should you decide to cancel your summer housing assignment, you must do so by April 12, 2013 to be without penalty. Unless your request to cancel or change your dates of stay is received and approved by April 12, 2013, or by the date indicated in your initial assignment letter, the license binds you to all terms for the full license period. Cancellation receipts will be issued; it is important that you keep this receipt as proof of your cancellation for future reference.
