It is a well known fact that exercise is good for you physically, and it helps to reduce stress. But, as we all know, it is when we are stressed and need exercise the most that we feel we can least afford the time to do it. Stress can be caused by many things, whether it be school, relationships, family situations, or the job search. Exercise can play an important role in alleviating stress symptoms, reducing tension, and increasing energy.
