B-type "doubles" consist of two private bedrooms, each suitable for one person only, with a shared kitchen, bath, and terrace. Common area/kitchen similar to that of a Type F. Total square footage is approximately 475; average bedroom size is about 12 x 12. Keep in mind that measurements are approximate and individual apartments may vary somewhat from the floor plans.
** Due to safety measures which have already been instituted in other University residence halls, student apartments in Mercer with attached terraces may no longer have terrace access. Students interested in those apartments with attached terraces should understand that terrace access may be removed at any point prior to, or during, the 2009-2010 academic year.
