Yoga4Grads

Yoga is a powerful tool for addressing symptoms of stress such as muscle tension, poor concentration, fatigue, insomnia and more. Through simple yoga postures and breath techniques yoga can reduce stress, increase energy, enhance performance, improve concentration and overall mood. All are welcome and no previous yoga experience necessary. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Classes are held at the Gallatin School of Individualized Study, 1 Washington Place, 4th floor.
