Free English Conversation Groups for international graduate students and visiting scholars! Groups always led by native speaker volunteers. Join the groups to improve your fluency, slang, pronunciation, etc. Meet new people and have fun while improving your English. Groups meet on or near the NYU campus area.
English Conversation & American Culture Discussion Groups
Practice your pronunciation and conversation skills, learn idioms and slang. Understand both American culture and your own culture better through comparative discussion.

English Connections is a Christian volunteer group, in partnership with Inter-Varsity Ministries and NYU's Center for Spiritual Life, which sponsors English Conversation Groups. English Connections uses a code of ethics and are only focused on English and cultural ideas, not religious topics.
