Venue Rates
Facilities Management Fee
All Law School offices and student organizations, University offices, and outside organizations will be charged a fee of $105.00 for the use of public function rooms including (but not limited to):
Tishman Auditorium
Greenberg Lounge
Snow Dining Room
Faculty Club
Lipton Hall
Lester Pollack Colloquium
Furman Hall 910
On weekends, there will be Facilities Management Fee of $25.00 per classroom.
Overtime Fees
If your event requires a special set-up or is conflicting with an ongoing event you will be billed overtime charges directly. These charges will range from $440.00 and up. However, we will waive the Facilities Fee of $105.00 if overtime charges are incurred. We reserve the right to inform you of these charges on the day of your event or after we have received invoices from CBS, inc.
Room Cancellation Policy
Please see the schedule below for fees to be assessed in the event of a room cancellation.
Cancellation schedule:
Written notice 31 days or more prior to event: no charge.
Written notice 30 days to 14 days prior to event: $100.00
Written notice 13 days prior to event: full contracted rate.
