All events with more than 100 attendees, 2 or more set-ups during the same reservation or occuring before 8:00am or after 4:00pm are subject to an overtime facilities fee which provices for the set-up, break-down and care of the space. Where possible, overitme fees will be disclosed during the initial planning phase of the event. However, overtime charges for events with 100 or more attendees or 2 or more set-ups during the same reservation will be detailed on the final invoice.
Room Cancellation Policy
Please see the schedule below for fees to be assessed in the event of a room cancellation.
Written notice 31 days or more prior to event: no charge.
Written notice 30 days to 14 days prior to event: $100.00
Written notice 13 days prior to event: full contracted rate.
