Overtime Fees and Cancellation Policies

Overtime Fees

All events with more than 100 attendees, 2 or more set-ups during the same reservation or occurring before 9:00 a.m. or after 4:00 p.m. are subject to an overtime facilities fee which provides for the set-up, break-down and care of the space. Where possible, overtime fees will be disclosed during the initial planning phase of the event. However, overtime charges for events with 100 or more attendees or 2 or more set-ups during the same reservation will be detailed on the final invoice.


Room Cancellation Policy

Please see the schedule below for fees to be assessed in the event of a room cancellation.

Cancellation schedule:
Written notice 31 days or more prior to event: no charge.
Written notice 30 days to 14 days prior to event: $100.00
Written notice 13 days prior to event: full contracted rate.
