Below are the standard setups for each event space. For events that exceed the standard setups, NYU School of Law will use a contracted AV vendor. All charges for outside AV vendors will be added to your final bill.
Event Space Capability Guidelines
Tishman Auditorium
- 6 hand held or table microphones at one time
- 2 Lavaliere microphones at one time (with 2 lavs, hand held and table mic limit is 4)
- Rear and front screen projection
- Wireless access for laptop computers
- Live video feed to overflow rooms - For and additional cost
- Recording formats: MP3 for audio recordings, and MP4 file format for video recordings
Greenberg Lounge
- Up to 6 hand held or table microphones at one time
- 2 Lavaliere microphones at one time (with 2 lavs, hand held and table mic limit is 4)
- Delegate microphone system for panels - 15 microphone limit
- Rear and front screen projection
- Two 52 inch plasma displays for projection
- Wireless access for laptop computers
- Live video feed to overflow rooms - For an additional cost
- Recording formats: MP3 for audio recordings, and MP4 file format for video recordings
Lipton Hall
- Up to 6 hand held microphones or table microphones at one time
- 2 Lavaliere microphones at one time (with 2 lavs, hand held and table mic limit is 4)
- Delegate microphone system for panels - 15 microphone limit
- Front screen projection only
- Live video feed available to Faculty Club for an additional cost
- Recording formats: MP3 for audio recordings, and MP4 file format for video recordings
Lester Pollack Colloquium
- Up to 2 hand held microphones
- 1 Lavaliere microphone(with lav, hand held microphone is limited to 1)
- Integrated Delegate microphone system with 41 microphones
- Front screen projection only
- Recording formats: MP3 for audio recordings, and MP4 file format for video recordings
Other Event Spaces – Portable Audio/Visual systems are available on a limited basis

- Front screen projection only with a portable projector
