Global Law Working Papers
The Hauser Global Law School Program supports scholarly work that particularly addresses the law and its practice in a global environment. This initiative is another integral part of the "Turn to Scholarship" envisioned by our Faculty Director, J.H.H. Weiler. In his own words, Professor Weiler suggests that the "Global Law School is not only, or even mostly, about 'International' or 'Globalization' with a capital 'I' or 'G,' but is a reflection of the internationalization and globalization of all dimensions of law, be they corporate or environmental." While serving NYU School of Law, these Global Law Working Papers are also a means to bring together new scholarship from a variety of writers and on a variety of legal subjects, making them available as part of this initiative.
