Osgoode Hall - York University (Toronto, Canada)
Up to two NYU Law students may study at Osgoode Hall Law School per academic yea for one semester. The program is open to second- and third- year student only who have spent at least one full-year at NYU School of Law.
Osgoode was founded in 1889 by the Law Society of Upper Canada and it is one of the oldest Canadian common law schools. Osgoode became affiliated with York University in 1968. The school’s motto is “Per Jus Ad Justitiam” which means “through law to justice” which reflects the Osgoode’s commitment to social justice. Today, Osgoode is the largest common law school in Canada with approximately 900 full time students. The student body is large, diverse, talented and drawn from all regions of Canada and beyond.
